1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy is established in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Federation's Federal Law from July 27, 2006. No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data, carried out by the Limited Liability Company "ACON" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

2. Key Concepts Used in the Privacy Policy

2.8. Personal data - any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website http://www.acon.ru;
2.9. User - any visitor to the website http://www.acon.ru;
2.10. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of people;
2.11. Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unlimited group of people (transfer of personal data) or to provide information on personal data to an unlimited group of people, including the dissemination of personal data in mass media, placement in information and communication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;

3. The Operator can process the following types of personal data of the User
3.1. Surname, name, patronymic;
3.2. Email address;
3.3. Phone numbers;
3.4. In addition, the website collects and processes anonymized data of website visitors (including "cookie" files) using web analytics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, etc.).
3.5. The above-mentioned data are collectively referred to as Personal Data.
4. Purposes of Data Collection and Processing
4.1. The purpose of collecting and processing Personal Data of the User is to inform the User via email; to provide access to the User to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. 5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

6. Procedure for Processing Personal Data
6.1. The security of Personal Data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fulfill the requirements of the applicable legal framework in the field of personal data protection.
6.2. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of Personal Data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to Personal Data.
6.3. Personal Data of the User is not to be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the enforcement of the applicable legal framework. The Operator may transfer Personal Data to investigative and prosecutorial authorities, other authorized bodies as per the applicable legal framework of the Russian Federation.
6.4. In the event of identifying inaccuracies in Personal Data, the User can update them themselves by sending a notice to the Operator via email to sales@acon.ru with the subject line "Personal Data Update".
6.5. The period for processing Personal Data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of Personal Data by sending a notice to the Operator via email to sales@acon.ru with the subject line "Withdrawal of Consent to Processing Personal Data".
7. Transborder Transfer of Personal Data
7.1. Prior to initiating a transborder transfer of Personal Data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country to which the transfer is intended, has adequate safeguards in place to protect the rights of data subjects.
7.2. Transborder transfer of Personal Data to countries that do not meet the above requirements can only be carried out if there is written consent from the subject.
