AUTOCLEAN COMBO PRO

Multi-functional dosing station for controlling and maintaining the pH (hydrogen ion concentration) and Cl (free chlorine) levels of swimming pool water.

Suitable for pools of volumes:

• 1 to 250 cubic meters - private;
• 1 to 150 cubic meters - public.

Compatible with most known brands of 6-position clamps.

DOSING AND CONTROL:

A high-precision adaptive logic algorithm for any type of chemistry dosing allows achieving the best parameters, maintaining the required concentration with maximum precision.

Automatic cleaning of the amperometric sensor for free chlorine. By applying voltage to the sensor electrode, the station performs self-cleaning of the silver core from oxidation. This feature significantly extends the lifespan of the sensor and reduces the need for its servicing.

Two galvanically separated inputs allow significantly increasing the accuracy of measurements of pH and Cl, and, consequently, the subsequent dosing control of chemical reagents.

Monitoring the state of pH and Cl sensors. The station analyzes the readings from the sensors-electrodes each dosing cycle and sends a notification if the dosing is not responding, prompting a check of the sensor state and its calibration.

Two silencio-peristaltic pumps with a power of 2.2 L/h (optional 1.5 L/h) are available for dosing any type of chemistry for swimming pools. The second dosing pump can be assigned to any type of chemistry for the swimming pool (default: 1 - pH, 2 - Cl).

The ability to connect an additional externally controlled dosing pump with a power of 2.2 L/h or 1.5 L/h for dosing any type of chemistry.

The ability to connect an unlimited number of duplicating dosing pumps with a power up to 2.2 L/h.

Exclusion of simultaneous dosing of Cl and pH-reagents, as their mixing leads to the formation of toxic chlorine gas. The pump stops in time to monitor the level of the chemical in the canister (ACON mounting points are included in the kit).

Built-in overdose protection - a regulatable setting for the maximum allowable daily dosage of chemical reagents required to achieve the desired concentration in the pool water. The daily dose is set for each type of chemistry. If the upper limit is reached, the station stops the dosing process until the end of the day. In the following days, if the sensor does not respond, the station switches to uniform daily dosing until the measuring sensor is recalibrated, thereby excluding immediate consumption of the daily limit.

Control of the chemical level in the canister. The level sensor prevents water from backflowing in the dosing line, which prevents crystallization of chlorine. The pump stops when the level of the chemical in the canister is monitored.

Flow control. The station includes a flow sensor.

Dosing, measurement, and event logs. The station maintains logs of the use of chemical reagents, pH, Cl, and temperature values, and a log of events, which records emergency situations and a daily report on dosing for each type of chemistry.

AUTOMATIC 6-POSITION REVERSE FLUSH:

The block is installed in place of the handle on a 6-position clamp of sand filter and automatically switches positions according to the schedule and filter flush settings.

In the station settings, the parameters are set:

• Duration of the flush, compression, drainage, and pause;
• Cycles of flushing. Weekly schedule with the ability to set up to two flushes a day;
• Selection of the operation mode of the pump for the duration of the flush;
• Maximum pressure value at which a forced reverse flush is performed (pressure sensor is available separately).

There is a possibility to control an additional reverse flush of the filter with AUTOCLEAN S-Light.

FILTRATION CONTROL:

Two pumps of the filtration installation of up to 2.2kW, 220V, each can be started and stopped.

In the settings, the following four modes of load are provided:

• Small - 3 hours of operation, 5 hours of pause;
• Medium - 5 hours of operation, 3 hours of pause;
• Large - 7 hours of operation, 1 hour of pause;
• Public - 24-hour operation mode.

The automatic setting of the current consumption of the filtration pump is done via the calibration of the pump in the control panel menu.

Built-in overload and "dry run" protections ensure the long-life and reliable operation of the filtration pumps.

The station has three timeout (1, 5, 15 minutes) for the pump restart after a failed restart. After the third unsuccessful restart, the control panel will block the pump operation until the cause of the failure is resolved.

HEATING CONTROL:

Using a temperature sensor (supplied with the product), the temperature of the swimming pool water is measured and, if necessary, the heat exchange devices (circulating pump for heating, electromagnetic clamp or electromagnetic contactor for heating element) are turned on or off.

WATER LEVEL CONTROL:

With two submersible, conductometric, or plugging level sensors, the station maintains a set level of water in the swimming pool by controlling the electromagnetic clamp (sensors are available separately).

Wide range of settings:

• Smoothing adjustment: from 1 to 60 seconds;
• Dosing duration adjustment: from 1 to 90 minutes;
• Pause duration between dosings: from 1 to 10 hours.

Allows using the system for different types of water level oscillations (waves).

Adaptation of the dose for low-performance wells and shafts.

INTERFACE:

A matrix display with intuitive interface in both Russian and English languages. 6 control buttons allow for easy navigation through the station's menu.

Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. Remote control is performed through mobile applications ACON WEB CONTROL and ACON Bluetooth CONTROL.

Access to the application is divided into 3 levels:

• Work. User section with the ability to monitor values and changes, the scope of which is set in the service section. There is also the ability to change the pool load mode.
• Settings. Section for service personnel with the ability to track statistics and change filtration, reverse flush, and dosing modes.
• Service. Service section with the ability to change all functions of the dosing station by Bluetooth. In the WEB version, some functionalities are not available because certain settings such as sensor calibration or changing the dosing pump assignment require physical presence at the site.

By default, passwords are set for the settings and service sections. This level of division allows access according to the competence of the employee or user.

E-mail notifications. The station itself forms a message and sends it to the specified email addresses in the settings. This feature allows for immediate reaction to problems in the swimming pool, thus preventing potentially dangerous situations before they become critical. You can set up up to 3 email addresses in the settings.

RS-485 interface for connection to "Smart Home" systems.

The ability to connect to a power supply source to prevent unauthorized water leaks during pool changes, when power is off.
