Multifunctional dosing station for controlling and maintaining pH (hydrogen ion concentration) and Rx (oxygen-dissolving potential) of swimming pool water.

Suitable for private swimming pools of volume from 1 to 250 cubic meters.

Compatible with most known 6-position clamp valves.

DOSING AND CONTROL:

High-precision adaptive logic dosing algorithm for any type of chemical dosing in swimming pool water allows achieving the best parameters, maintaining the required concentration with maximum precision.

Two gaseous separators allow significant increase in measurement accuracy of pH and Rx, and subsequently the control of chemical reagents dosing.

Sensor state control of pH and Rx. The station analyzes the readings from the sensor electrodes each dosing cycle and sends a notification in case of no response to dosing, requiring sensor check and calibration.

Two silenced peristaltic pumps with a performance of 2.2 L/hr (optional 1.5 L/hr) allow dosing of any type of chemical for swimming pools. The second dosing pump can be set for any type of chemical dosing (default: 1 - pH, 2 - Cl).

The ability to connect an additional externally controlled dosing pump with a performance of 2.2 L/hr or 1.5 L/hr for dosing any type of chemical.

The ability to connect an unlimited number of duplicating dosing pumps with a performance up to 2.2 L/hr.

Exclusion of simultaneous dosing of reagents Cl and pH-, as their mixing leads to the formation of toxic chlorine in gas form.

Built-in overdose protection - a regulated maximum allowable daily dosage limit for the chemical dosage required to achieve the desired concentration in the pool water. The daily dosage limit is set for each type of chemical. When the upper limit is reached, the station stops dosing until the end of the day, in case of no response from the sensor, the station switches to a uniform daily dosing until the measuring sensor is recalibrated, thereby excluding the immediate consumption of the daily limit.

The ability to connect a chemical level sensor in the tank. The chemical level sensor prevents water from backflowing in the dosing line, thereby preventing chlorine crystallization. The pump stops when the chemical level in the tank reaches the set level (AQUA CATCH node).

Flow control. The station includes a flow meter.

Dosing, measurement, and event logs. The station maintains logs of chemical reagent usage, pH, Rx, and temperature, as well as event logs, which records emergency situations and daily report on dosing for each type of chemical.

AUTOMATIC 6-POSITION REVERSE FLUSH:

The block is installed in place of the handle on the 6-position filter clamp valve and automatically switches positions according to the schedule and flushing settings.

In the station settings, the following parameters are set:

• Duration of flushing, tightening, draining, and pause;
• Flushing cycles. A weekly schedule with the option to set up to two flushes a day;
• Selection of the operation mode of the filtration pump for the duration of the flush;
• Maximum pressure value at which a forced reverse flush is performed (pressure sensor is available separately).

The ability to control additional reverse flush of the filter AUTOCLEAN S-Light.

FILTRATION CONTROL:

Start and stop of two filtration installations with a power of up to 2.2 kW, 220V, each.

In the settings, the following modes of load are set:

• Small - 3 hours of operation, 5 hours of pause;
• Medium - 5 hours of operation, 3 hours of pause;
• Large - 7 hours of operation, 1 hour of pause;
• Public - 24-hour operation mode;

Automatic setting of the current consumption of the filtration pump, carried out using the pump calibration in the control panel.

Built-in overload and 'dry run' protection for the current consumption of the pumps guarantee long-life and reliable operation of the pumps.

The station has 3 timeout settings for the pump restart in case of an emergency situation.

POOL HEATING CONTROL:

Using a temperature sensor, the temperature of the swimming pool water is measured and the operation of the heat exchanger devices (circulating pump heating, electromagnetic valve, electromagnetic contactor for the heater) is controlled accordingly.

WATER LEVEL CONTROL:

Using two submersible, conductometric, or plunging level sensors, the station maintains the desired water level in the swimming pool by controlling the electromagnetic valve.

Wide range of settings:

• Regulation of averaging: from 1 to 60 seconds;
• Regulation of the duration of the fill: from 1 to 90 minutes;
• Duration of the pause between fillings: from 1 to 10 hours.

Allows using the system for different types of water level oscillations (waves).

Adaptation of the fill for less-performing wells and boreholes.

INTERFACE:

A matrix display with an intuitive interface in both Russian and English. 6 control buttons allow for easy navigation through the station's menu.

Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. Remote control is carried out through mobile applications ACON WEB CONTROL and ACON Bluetooth CONTROL.

Access to the application is divided into 3 levels:

• Work. User section with the ability to monitor values and changes, the range of which is set in the service section. It also includes the ability to change the pool loading mode.
• Settings. Service section for maintenance staff with the ability to track statistics and change filtration, reverse flush, and fill modes.
• Service. Service section with the ability to change all station dosing functions via Bluetooth. In the WEB version, some functionalities are not available because certain settings such as sensor calibration or changing dosing pump assignments require physical presence at the site.

By default, passwords are set for the settings and service sections. This level of division allows access according to the competence of the staff or user.

Notifications via E-mail. The station forms the message and sends it to the specified email addresses in the settings. This feature allows for immediate response to issues in the swimming pool, thereby preventing potentially dangerous situations from becoming critical. You can set up to 3 email addresses to receive emails in the settings.

RS-485 interface for connection to "Smart home" systems.

The ability to connect to a power supply source to prevent unauthorized water leaks during pool changes, when power is off.
