Automatic 6-position reverse flush and filtration control block for 6-position clamps from 1 1/2" to 4".

Compatible with most known brands of 6-position clamps.

FUNCTIONS:

AUTOMATIC 6-POSITION REVERSE FLUSH:

The block is installed in place of the handle on a 6-position clamp from 1 1/2" to 4" sand filter and automatically switches positions according to the schedule and filter flush settings.

In the station settings, the parameters are set:

• Duration of the flush, compression, drainage, and pause;
• Cycles of flushing. Weekly schedule with the ability to set up to two flushes a day;
• Selection of the operation mode of the pump for the duration of the flush;
• Maximum pressure value at which a forced reverse flush is performed (pressure sensor is available separately).

There is a possibility to control an additional reverse flush of the filter with AUTOCLEAN S-Light.

FILTRATION CONTROL:

Two pumps of the filtration installation of up to 2.2kW, 220V, each can be started and stopped.

Programmable cycles of operation ensure the start and stop of the pump at pre-set time intervals. During the day, the control panel allows you to set up to 10 start and stop cycles with an accuracy of 1 minute.

Built-in overload and "dry run" protections ensure the long-life and reliable operation of the filtration pump.

Automatic calibration of the power consumption of the filtration installation pump. This allows you to start the process of calibration on the control panel and the control panel will set the necessary parameters to protect the pump from overload and dry run.

The control panel has three timeout (1, 5, 15 minutes) for the pump restart after a failed restart. After the third unsuccessful restart, the control panel will block the pump operation until the cause of the failure is resolved.

24-hour operation mode with the ability to choose the first pool startup mode.

The filtration pump of the filtration installation can be started manually for the filtration of the filter or for the pump of the hydraulic system.

HEATING CONTROL:

Using a temperature sensor (supplied with the product), the temperature of the swimming pool water is measured and, if necessary, the heat exchange devices (circulating pump for heating, electromagnetic clamp or electromagnetic contactor for heating element) are turned on or off.

The possibility to set the priority of water heating. In this mode, the filtration pump continues to operate normally, ignoring the set cycles of operation. The transition to the operation cycles will occur automatically when the water in the swimming pool heats up to the set temperature value.

INTERFACE:

The two-line informative display with an intuitive interface in Russian allows you to set up the operation of the control panel as easily as possible.

Accumulation of statistics on emergency situations.

All settings are saved in a non-volatile memory. When the power supply is disconnected, all settings are saved without changes.

For additional control and management, "dry" non-potential contact groups are provided.

The ability to connect to a power supply source to prevent unauthorized water leaks during pool changes, when power is off.
